Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL
All orders placed at HELSINKIBOUTIQUE online store will be subject to the applicable order and delivery terms at the time of ordering.
2. PRICES
Prices are in CHF (Swiss francs), included value added tax (VAT) of 8,1%.
3. SHIPPING
All shipments are dispatched by Swiss Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. The shipping costs do not include possible customs duties nor import taxes. Please refer to shipping and returns for more information.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
HELSINKIBOUTIQUE accepts following payment methods:
VISA, MasterCard
5. DELIVERY
After a successful order, the customer receives an order confirmation from HELSINKIBOUTIQUE. Products are dispatched mainly within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. Delivery details are confirmed with an email to the customer as soon as the order has been dispatched. Delivery time for standard shipping in Switzerland is approximately two working days. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE does not take responsibility for delays caused by the Swiss Post.
6. UNCLAIMED DELIVERY
Unclaimed and returned orders will be charged from the customer.
7. EXCHANGE AND RETURN
For exchange and return reasons contact HELSINKIBOUTIQUE within 7 days (one week) after receiving the order. In case the contact has not been made within the 7 days HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves the right not to accept a returned product. The product must be unused and in the same condition when receiving it, in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE only provides a refund or exchange when all terms are fulfilled. HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves all rights to decide whether the return is accepted or not.

9. MISCELLANEOUS
Due to digital imaging slight color variations may occur. Product images are provided as illustration only and are not binding.
10. CHANGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HELSINKIBOUTIQUE reserves all rights to change prices, terms and conditions.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions apply to Swiss law exclusively.
BY PLACING THE ORDER, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
